The olympic park that surrounds the museum from Ouchy quay presents a mix of nature, works of art and sports installations given an artistic makeover offers exceptional panoramic views of Lake Geneva and the Alps.
The Cathedral of Lausanne
Lausanne Cathedral, built in 1165 is the largest in Switzerland. Gothic style, it has one of the most beautiful stained glass windows in Europe and Switzerland's largest musical instrument.
You will have to climb the 160 steps of the tower to admire the view of the Old Town and Lake Geneva.
