The FOP conference aims at stimulating scientific discussion and interdisciplinary research on Food Oral Processing, by covering aspects such as oral physiology and biology, food science and technology, sensory science, dentistry, biophysics and biochemistry, human nutrition. The conference gathers scientists from those disciplines; they will present and discuss their latest findings on the physical, physiological, and psychological aspects of eating.

Food Oral Processing through life: interplay between food structure, sensory, pleasure and nutritional needs
The FOP conference (4th International Conference on Food Oral Processing) organized by Nestle Research welcomes 175 oral physiology and biology specialists to talk about themes regarding the Food Oral Processing.
The Swiss Convention Center, science and know-how place by excellence, will host the conference and the welcome reception. Another famous place in Lausanne, the Olympic Museum, will welcome the Gala Dinner on Tuesday, 5 July 2016.
Core aspects of the capital of Canton of Vaud, Lausanne, sport and science will be highlighted and shared with the participants of the conference.
This was only possible with a strong collaboration with the Congress & Event Department of Lausanne Tourisme which overviews, through its expertise, the event organization by the creation of an attractive website, the registration management and supervision between every stakeholder’s conference in order that the event is running in the best conditions.
