“Tradition Moving Forward” is the hallmark of the Beau‐Rivage Palace. Anne‐Sophie Pic is now at the helm of the hotel’s new gastronomic restaurant.

The restaurant is to be called simply “Anne‐Sophie Pic at the Beau‐Rivage Palace.” Much more than a grand sign on the facade of a grand hotel, it is proof positive of the determination of one of a new generation’s most creative chefs to meet a new challenge. This challenge aligns the Pic name with one of the most revered and respected hotels in the world – and each of them is enobled by the collaboration. Anne‐Sophie Pic at the Beau‐Rivage Palace marks a landmark: the daughter of Jacques Pic, and granddaughter of André Pic, founder of the eponymous restaurant n Valence, is picking up her Rhone Valley roots and bringing with her to Lausanne he secrets of her success.
