Opened in summer 2015, L’Oustau takes you to Provence. From delicious appetisers, such as black olive tapenade, anchovy dip or tomato caviar (all home-made), to a range of menu options packed with fresh produce, which changes every 6 weeks and includes herbs such as savory, oregano, thyme and many other aromatic flavours. Not to mention our bouillabaisse served with a traditional rouille sauce. Or our cocktails, mixed to perfection with a hint of sunshine from the south of France. All prepared and served by an attentive team of professionals whose only wish is to please you.
