Guests adore visiting this medieval building in the hamlet of Cossonay. Everything is arranged down to the last detail: especially hand-crafted dishes are a feast for the eyes, the table service is efficient and attentive, and the choice of wines plentiful. The culinary experience is unforgettable, be it when tasting surprise, prestige or business menus served in the restaurant or in the new brasserie called La Fleur de Sel. For an even more unique and memorable experience, Carlo Crisci offers observation workshops over five half days. The participants are integrated into the cooking crew, so they can admire their expertise to more closely. They can even put on an apron and train under the chef’s orders.
