"Gilles Clément: Toujours la vie invente" (“Always Life Invents”) presents a panoramic vision of the world-renowned gardener’s works and thoughts
Gilles Clément, landscape artist, botanist, traveller and writer, present on the escarpments of “La Ficelle” in 1997 for the first edition of Lausanne Jardins, is back with an exhibition in the beautiful orangery of the Town’s Parks and Estates Service, at the Bourdonnette. From June 17 to September 22, 2019, "Gilles Clément: Toujours la vie invente" (“Always Life Invents”) features a panoramic vision of the world-renowned gardener’s works and thoughts, up to his most recent interventions.
In addition, Gilles Clément signs one of the landscapes of the Lausanne Jardins 2019 itinerary in Guillemin Park, in Pully.
The Cantonal Botanical Museum and Gardens, Archizoom | EPFL, EPFL Sustainable Campus and Lausanne Jardins 2019 organise a day-long event with and about Gilles Clément on August 27.
