More info

This venue has six seminar rooms with views on the park. Its restaurant – the first organic establishment in the Lemanic arc – serves food based on organic produce from the neighbouring farm. Chef Jérémie Cordier offers authentic and refined dishes thanks to the diversity of the terroir.

This establishment has been awarded the “ Café historique de Lausanne ” label established by the city of Lausanne in 2021. The café restaurant created in 1995 on the ground floor of a former manor house was one of the first in the area to serve organic products. It is located in what used to be the salon of a large neoclassical building dating back to the 18th century, refurbished in 1826-27 to plans by Milanese architect Louis Bagutti and extended in 1902. The terrace looks out onto the lavishly wooded park.
