7 sports – 15 disciplines – 370 medals! 1,000 athletes from all over the world! A great international and multicultural celebration right in the heart of the city of Lausanne!

The Youth Olympic Games bring together talented young athletes aged 15 to 18 from more than 200 countries around the world. The sports programme is based on the Olympic Games programme, with seven sports for the Winter Games. The programme also includes new disciplines and formats, such as an ice hockey skill event, as well as mixed and multi-national events.

Entirely free entry to The Olympic Museum from 6 to 26 January 2020!

To celebrate the Youth Olympic Games Lausanne 2020, entry to The Olympic Museum will be entirely free from Monday 6 to Sunday 26 January 2020 - 7/7 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
