Chef Enrico Ferrari is part of the new generation of Italian chefs who are characterized by their creativity and modernity.
Enrico Ferrari, young chef from northern Italy, completed his training at Alma, the international high school of Italian cuisine, founded in 2004 by Gualtiero Marchesi.

He then worked in small trattorie typical of these regions of the country, before to improve in houses more important and famous, like the Uliassi restaurant in Senigallia, before returning to the teaching teams of the Alma as an assistant with some of the leaders trained by Gualtiero Marchesi himself.

His country origins have instilled in him the love of the raw product and the passion of the techniques that allow to sublimate them.

His cooking is inspired by moments spent around a table in the family home when he was a child.
