This establishment has been awarded the “ Café historique de Lausanne ” label established by the city of Lausanne in 2021. A historical establishment in the Cité Quarter that appears to have been transformed for the first time in the 1930s, then in the 1950s. The long and narrow layout testifies of the medieval plot division. Wood façade storefronts made with care, with the pine cone (pomme de pin) motif. Drinking room partition with carpentry and bevelled glass that results from the renovations made in the 1980s. The next door dining room is decorated with warm wood panelling that is older.
