The cuisine is simple but inventive, with brasserie food alongside tartars and terroir hamburgers. As its name says, the “Cavo à Fondues” features cheese meals. The Glareyarde (spicy meat) fondue completes the menu card.
The two caves of the Moulin total more than 160 references, including many Vaudois wines. Following an original concept, customers pour themselves their own glass of wine in the cellar.
An art gallery and several meeting rooms welcome groups for private events, with up to 100 participants.
