From May to December, Lausanne celebrates food in all its forms – with gastronomic walks, workshops, tastings, visits, picnics and festivals to suit every taste.
How can a city reveal its gastronomic variety to visitors? Lausanne created an association called “Lausanne à table”, which now has more than 200 members. These organise a mouth-watering variety of foodie events from May to December, including a “Miam festival”, micro-beer evenings, picnics in parks, gastro-walks, temporary tables or farm visits.
