Une institution historique prend un nouveau départ : l’essentiel à préserver, de nombreuses possibilités à explorer. Le MCBA a quitté le Palais de Rumine qu’il occupait depuis 1904. Un tournant historique qui marque profondément l’identité de l’institution. À proximité immédiate des grands axes ferroviaires, en plein centre de Lausanne et à l’orée de PLATEFORME 10, un quartier des arts en devenir : le MCBA s’inscrit au cœur de la ville.
