The works on display, rich in a variety of references (Japanese manga, American series, digital culture, feminist podcasts), draw freely on popular culture, current political and social events, and the artists' own personal experiences. In addition to works by contemporary artists, the exhibition highlights Swiss and international figures who have influenced the imagination and practice of the artists in the exhibition. These works, generously loaned, enrich the visual dialogue while anchoring this new generation in the continuity and history of contemporary painting.
