The format: a long table for two hundred lucky guests who will meet around ten Vaud artisans and sample the best of the region’s culinary heritage.
Exceptional produce and surroundings for this convivial occasion, where Vaud’s expertise will take centre stage on the plate.
Golden Malakoffs from the Hotel Rivage Lutry, with the raisin tart from “Chez Séverine et Luca” including the preparation of the Artisans boulangers-pâtissiers-confiseurs vaudois, regional cheeses from the Fromagerie Macheret and many more… With authors from the publishing house in attendance Helvetiq and “L’Atelier Typo de la Cité”.
This event is organized by Lausanne à Table, in collaboration with the SDIO.
