Boulangerie Grin

Where?
Boulangerie Grin & Cie

"With love!" That’s the slogan of Farah Grin, who runs this bakery with enthusiasm. You can buy artisan breads and generous sandwiches here, and it’s hard not to be tempted by the Moroccan pastries presented under a cloche.
That little extra from the food insider "Lila": the mint tea is attractively served on a tray, to be savoured with a sweet pastry while chatting with the regulars.
Favourite product: the chickpea bread

Hermitage Park

Nature

Collection de l'Art Brut

FamilyCulture

A quintessential museum in Lausanne's cultural landscape, the Collection de l'Art Brut captivates and fascinates with every visit. Housed in an elegant old manor house, the collection reveals a unique artistic universe, created outside the traditional circuits. Here, there is no academic training or aesthetic conventions: the works on display are the work of passionate self-taught artists, guided by a raw, intimate and often stirring creativity. It's a fascinating insight into the authenticity of human expression, and a must-see.
