The cows in this mountainous region not only supply milk to produce the famous Gruyère AOP cheese, but also the world's best dairy milk chocolates. Visitors to the region can embark on a chocolate-tasting mission to the Maison du Gruyère, in the village of Gruyères, and also to the Maison Cailler. From May to October.
