Located at the foot of the medieval village of Gruyères, La Maison du Gruyère is both a museum and a demonstration cheese-dairy where visitors will learn everything there is to know about Switzerland's most famous cheese: Le Gruyère AOP. In the adjoining restaurant, guests get a chance to taste this hard cheese from 6 to 15 monthes maturation as well as other local produce.
