Created in 2020 in Lausanne, Matière Brute offers a unique immersion into the often hidden world of craftsmanship. It offers a wide range of workshops across French-speaking Switzerland, from jewelry making to glass blowing, as well as gin distillation and kombucha brewing. Each experience takes place in small groups, promoting sharing and conviviality, and concludes with the creation of an object or product.
To meet all needs, Matière Brute also organizes private workshops, tailored for small groups or companies, available in French, German, or English. By collaborating with renowned local artisans, the platform promotes Lausanne’s heritage while offering an original and memorable alternative to traditional gifts.
