An American living in Switzerland since 2012, I quickly developed a deep appreciation for Swiss cuisine. I’m especially passionate about discovering local ingredients and regional specialties from across this beautiful, multilingual country. On my blog, Cuisine Helvetica, I share recipes, travel stories, and personal anecdotes that celebrate these culinary treasures. As the author of three cooking books, I divide my time between writing, cooking, and, of course, tasting. And when I’m not in the kitchen or behind my keyboard, you’ll likely find me on the trails, running or hiking through Switzerland’s stunning landscapes.
