From May to December, Lausanne puts on great spreads, from picnics to culinary walks to the Miam Festival – it’s all there.
How to introduce visitors passing through to a town’s culinary diversity? The organisation “Lausanne à Table” that gathers more than 200 members was created for that purpose. Between May and December, it organises events to promote taste in all shapes and forms: Miam Festival, micro-brewers’ night and picnics in the park, culinary walks, pop-up tables and visits to the farm.
