Tasting of beers brewed in Lausanne's first craft brewery, founded in 1997.
All beers from the Brasserie du Château are brewed on site and served directly from the vats. Head upstairs to sample four house beers on tap with appetisers in an authentic brew pub.
On request, it is possible to take part in a tour of the brewery for groups of five or more. On Wednesdays at 6pm, the tour is free of charge (for one or more people).
