Since 1912, the Chaudet family has passionately cultivated its vineyards spread across the most prestigious appellations of Lavaux: Chardonne, Saint-Saphorin, Rivaz, and the legendary Dézaley, the jewel of the Vaud wine region.
The story begins with Émile Chaudet, who acquired Domaine du Grillon to dedicate himself fully to the vine. His son Paul, a committed winegrower and prominent political figure, passionately defended the interests of the terroir while becoming President of the Swiss Federal Council. Since then, each generation has proudly carried on this legacy, ensuring the estate’s continuity and reputation. Today, Titouan Briaux continues this tradition with passion, combining expertise and respect for the terroir.
Domaine Chaudet welcomes you in an authentic setting where nature, conviviality, and comfort come together to create unforgettable moments.
Settle on the terrace with breathtaking views over the vineyards and the lake (or inside in case of bad weather), and choose between two options to discover the estate’s wines:
- Vintner’s aperitif includes a half bottle of estate wine (white, rosé, or red), served with a vintner’s platter.
- Guided tasting of major appellations includes a guided discovery of 5 estate wines, accompanied by a vintner’s platter.
