Clothing and equipment

Comfortable shoes, warm clothing and sunglasses are recommended. Even in summer, temperatures at 3,000 metres above sea level are significantly lower than in the valley. We recommend wearing warm layers, a windproof jacket, sturdy walking shoes and sunglasses to protect against snow glare.
