Meet your guide in the historic heart of Lausanne, Place de la Palud, to begin this gourmet tour. The first stop is just a few steps away, at Ferme Vaudoise. This grocery store will welcome you with the famous pâté vaudois and a mineral drink to refresh you during the walk.
Next, follow your guide to Fromagerie Macheret for an irresistible tasting of three Swiss cheeses: the unmissable Gruyère, the creamy Tomme vaudoise and the traditional Tête de moine, which you can carve yourself.
For a hearty meal, head to the legendary Pinte Besson to enjoy the beloved moitié-moitié fondue to share or the suggestion of the moment, accompanied by a glass of chilled Chasselas.
A stone's throw away, Maison Buet awaits you to discover their version of the delicious carac, a pastry easily recognisable by its green icing.
And to finish on a sweet note, hurry to Blondel, master chocolatier since 1850, to pick up your box of 100% Swiss fine chocolates.
