Located at the top of the vineyards, facing the lake, the Gaillard & Fils estate welcomes you for a one-hour tasting where three wines will be offered in an exceptional setting. Optionally, complement your tasting with a platter of local products. On site and only at lunchtime, a menu is also available to prolong the experience (beef tartare, Vaudois brioche sausage, etc.). If you wish to eat on site, please reserve a table by calling the estate (+21 946 19 65).
Every Thursday, from 4 to 5 p.m., winemaker Jean-René Gaillard or his oenologist welcomes you for a tour of the cellar and vineyard, accompanied by a tasting of three glasses of wine. The tour is available in French, English or Italian; please indicate your choice when booking.
To get to the Gaillard & Fils estate, we recommend taking the train from Lausanne to Puidoux. A short 20-minute walk downhill will take you to the estate.
