An American living in Switzerland since 2012, I quickly developed a deep appreciation for Swiss cuisine. I’m especially passionate about discovering local ingredients and regional specialties from across this beautiful, multilingual country. On my blog, Cuisine Helvetica, I share recipes, travel stories, and personal anecdotes that celebrate these culinary treasures. As the author of three cooking books, I divide my time between writing, cooking, and, of course, tasting.
