More info

Since 2000, the estate has launched the “Oenosnack” project offering a panoramic terrace and a winter garden, where you can savour regional products from the neighbouring farms and dishes prepared by local restaurants.

The estate cultivates an area of about 10 hectares spread across several appellations, in particular Epesses, Calamin, Dézaley, Villette, St-Saphorin and Lutry.

Its production consists primarily of two thirds of white grapes such as Chasselas, White Savagnin and Charmont. The red varieties cultivated include Gamay, Pinot Noir, Garanoir, Merlot, Syrah, Galotta, Gamaret, Divico and Diolinoir. The vines are cultivated in the traditional, environmental-friendly manner that is compliant with the Vitiswiss requirements. The yields are controlled during the summer and the grapes are harvested by hand.
