Le Topinambour

This small shop in the area under the train station was the first to sell organic products in Lausanne. It is easy to spot thanks to its pretty yellow storefront, the small wooden bench in front of its window display and its large bathtub filled with plants. It sells a large range of local and artisan products in bulk.
