Tania, the words and food lover
Originally from Vaud, I am of Belgian, Greek, German, French and Swiss descent. My parents lived on several continents. So, I grew up in different places, giving me a broad view of the world. Equally passionate about food and words, I channel this dual love through my work as an author, editor, lecturer, and consultant in gastronomy and sustainable food. When I moved to Lausanne twenty-five years ago, it immediately felt like home. And every day since, I’m reminded of how fortunate I am to live in this small city that offers all the richness of a larger one - without the drawbacks.
« I love going to the restaurant. For me, it's always a celebration, whether with friends, family or even on my own. I appreciate institutions with a real sense of place - where I can feel the chefs' love for their craft and the products they use. »
