Since 1970, La Chocolatière has been artisanally producing chocolates, confectionery, creations, ice creams and other treats. These natural, quality products made in Switzerland can be found in the company’s two Lausanne boutiques, at Escaliers du Marché 1 and Avenue Mon-Repos 14.

Based since 1998 in Lausanne, Durig Chocolatier offers a rich selection of rare origin chocolate bars, pralines, truffles and other chocolate specialities in its boutiques located at Avenue d’Ouchy 15 and Rue Mercerie 3. All its chocolates are organic and freshly handcrafted.

Based for more than 30 years at Rue Marterey 11 in Lausanne, Noz Chocolatier offers a rich assortment of chocolate treats, among which the renowned Prunoz and caracs, sweet tortes, cakes, and sweet and savoury petits fours that vary in accordance with the seasons.

What stands out at the Chocolaterie du Bugnon, based in Lausanne since 2014, is first the originality of its scrumptious creations, as well as the use of high-quality ingredients. You’ll not only find chocolate specialities, but also confectionery, ice creams and sorbets, and ephemeral or seasonal creations.

L’espace Chocolat opened in 1999 in Lausanne. You can choose from close to 20 kinds of chocolate bars in the boutique located at Avenue de la Harpe 27. From the finest “Grand Crus” to traditional bars, not forgetting other treats, these chocolate creations will delight your taste buds. All the artisanal production takes place on the premises.

Jacot Chocolatier has been present in Lausanne since 2019, the year that marked the 70th anniversary of the company created in Noiraigue, in Val-de-Travers (Canton of Neuchâtel). At the boutique, Rue Centrale 6, you’ll find specialities such as Absinthe Clandestines and Sticks, Noblesses, Noiraigue Nails and hazelnuts and chocolate spreads.

Blondel Chocolatier has been based in Lausanne since 1850. Located at Rue de Bourg, in the town centre, the boutique offers iconic creations, such as its 45 kinds of chocolate bars and traditionally made truffles shaped like small sticks.

Based since 1989 in the Sallaz neighbourhood in the northern part of Lausanne, the artisanal Confiserie Nessi offers a lovely selection of chocolate delicacies and scrumptious creations, with bakery, patisserie, and confectionery products as well as ice creams.

The story begins in 1845 when Henri-François-Louis Manuel opened his shop at Rue de Bourg, in the Lausanne town centre. Almost two centuries later, the sixth generation carries on the tradition by offering a rich selection of chocolates, pralines, truffles and confectionery prepared in an artisanal way.

Near the Flon District, in the centre of Lausanne, chocolatier Jorge Cardoso offers a rich assortment of delicious chocolates. This young craftsman was twice World Champion at the Culinary World Cup.

Since 2011, the Confiserie Christian Boillat offers a rich assortment of pastries, chocolates, bread, sandwiches and viennoiseries in the Lausanne town centre. The whole assortment is artisanally produced every day.

At Place de la Palud, in Lausanne’s city centre, come and enjoy a tasty break in this family-run shop of artisan pastry chefs, chocolatiers and caterers with a tea-room and, in the summer season, a terrace.

Based in the heart of Lausanne, Maison Buet offers a large variety of delicious homemade bakery, patisserie and chocolate products in its café and boutique at Rue Grand-St-Jean 6 – a real meeting place for Lausanners on market days – and its shop at Rue Haldimand 11.
