Practical information

Languages

Number of people
Maximum of 16 people per guide.

Equipment
Favour light walking shoes or sneakers. If the weather is fine, make sure you cover your head with a cap or hat and that you have sun cream. A water bottle may also come in useful during the visit.

Duration
The activity lasts 3 hours, including transport. It includes train transport to/from Lausanne, a two-hour guided walking tour and a one-hour wine tasting at a local winery.

Departure point
Your guide will be waiting for you in the main concourse of Lausanne station.

Transportation
Please ensure you have a valid transport ticket before meeting your guide. If you are staying at a hotel in Lausanne, please bring your Lausanne Transport Card with you.

The Lavaux terraced vineyard’s steep paths are unfortunately not suited for people with reduced mobility.
