This iconic Lausanne brasserie was set in the Casino rotunda, built for tourists in 1908 on the Montbenon Esplanade. The generous indoor space is extended by a terrace on the south that is sheltered by an elegant awning and embellished with ironwork typical of the Belle Epoque.
