Chailly is not the most dynamic part of Lausanne but this ice cream has definitely changed the way I look at my neighbourhood. Sesame, matcha, fior di latte, ooooh, I’m melting. In my humble opinion, this is the best ice cream (light and refreshing instead of overly creamy!) in Lausanne.
