I return there time and time again just for their quite exceptional mafalde alla “carbonara” di pistacchio. But diners find it almost impossible to choose between the pasta specialities, each one more original than the other and which leave the usual “spag bols” or spaghetti carbonara far behind.
Everything at Pasta e Sfizi is made on site from ultra-fresh produce. Every dish is lovingly prepared. This is evident in everything you find on the menu - whether pasta, ice cream, bread, biscuits or tiramisu, all of which you can enjoy inside the restaurant or, weather permitting, on their attractive terrace. And I am sure diners don’t forget to accompany their meal with a delicious wine from Italy.
