Located close to Lausanne, the Brasserie de Paudex was renovated to offer you an authentic and seasonal cuisine. The Brasserie was awarded the “Fait Maison” (“homemade”) label and has obtained 13 points in the Gault & Millau guide. The restaurant contributes to sustainability by working with local products and directly filtering the still and sparkling water it serves. It promotes slow food.
The restaurant’s menu is varied, with dishes off the menu all week, daily specials from Monday to Friday, shellfish from Wednesday to Sunday as well as delicious brunches on Sunday from 11 am to 4 pm. The stone building brings to mind the elegant, flower-decked Parisian brasseries.
Whether for an end-of-year party, a workshop or a business meal, both of the brasserie’s rooms can be rented for your events.
