In winter, the restaurant transforms into a true gourmet retreat, featuring artisanal fondues, comforting dishes and a chalet-inspired ambiance. Every Sunday, the Fondue Family & Friends experience adds a festive touch: a complimentary dessert for all guests!
Managed by Cyril Jaques and his team, MTC Restaurant showcases homemade cuisine crafted with local and seasonal ingredients. The winter menu highlights a selection of artisanal fondues (100% vacherin, moitié-moitié, herb-infused, as well as vigneronne) alongside seasonal dishes and homemade desserts. The drinks menu focuses on regional artisans: Swiss wines, local beers, ciders and signature cocktails.
MTC Restaurant also welcomes groups and companies and offers the possibility to privatise the restaurant for tailor-made events.
