Whatever the season, L’Esquisse is a place where I love to go, whether for a coffee with friends before visiting a new exhibition at the Fondation de l’Hermitage or for a romantic evening… The menu varies according to the season and I still remember the venison I ate one autumn evening! In summer, I’m attracted by the view of the sunset over Lausanne from the terrace, as well as the delicious meal – a lighter one – with a glass of wine! The cocktail buffet during an event that took place there enchanted the whole family with its mini-burgers! The only thing I have yet to experience is the brunch!
If you want to spend a peaceful moment as you enjoy your meal, hesitate no longer and book a table to dine there. This charming restaurant next to the Fondation de l’Hermitage serves local and seasonal cuisine, with scrumptious and appetising dishes. You can also brunch in this very cocooning setting.
