57° Grill in the magnificent setting of Ouchy makes the temperature rise on the shores of Lake Geneva. The Alsatian Chef Sébastien Rauch prepares fish and seafood as well as meat on his range cooker. Being offered as live cooking style in an open kitchen, his technique can be watched from the bar. Guests can choose where to sit, either in a veranda with comfortable leather chairs or on the beautiful terrace on the shores of Lake Geneva.
