Created in 1996 by Marie, the Café de l'Hôtel-de-Ville is characterised by its traditional and vegetarian platefuls of food that are as colourful as its paintings and decorations. This establishment has been awarded the “ Café historique de Lausanne ” label established by the city of Lausanne in 2021. Small establishment at the Place de la Palud that is linked to various clubs at the turn of the 20th century. Beautiful exterior, with wood-frame windows that bring to mind the 1900s.
